Service policies

Ewest-Logo offers their computer graphic design services to everybody however our enterprise has policies
which our clients need to know and respect before they ask us to create a project for them:

1. It is forbidden for a client to send the description of a project without firstly buying (ordering) his project and completing
   an online payment with Paypal. If a client sends a description of a project to us without prior payment, our staff will not
   start on the project.

2. It is prohibited for a client to request us to make corrections on a project that was not created by us for him. If a client asks
   for corrections on a specific project, we must have previously created that project for him.

3. Ewest-Logo does not give nor will never give any refunds to an unsatisfied client. We however provide project correction
   services that allow any unsatisfied client to send back his project to us in order to have corrections done to the customer’s likings. 
   
    

4. All the projects that we create will take approximately 2 to 5 days to complete and send by email to a customer. However not to worry!
   This timeframe is just an estimate meaning that it is also possible for a customer to obtain a project the very same day that he or she
   placed an order.

5. It is prohibited for a visitors on our website to copy our logo and use it to create a design for a third party, for advertising purposes
   or for personal use. 

6. If a client requires a project that contains a lot of text, the client has the responsibility to send the text as an attachment file inside an email
   in order for us to insert the text in the project.

7. We only communicate with our clients by email. This means that a client cannot phone us or make an appointment with us for a meeting.
   Our business is strictly an online business.

8.  When we remit a project to a client, the project is always in a GIF or JPEF format. (or other file format if required). We do not remit any
    printed project to our clients. The projects will always be send through email as a file attachment.

9. It is mandatory that customers pay a fee of  $125.00 for our correction or modification services for their project. As a rule, it is also mandatory
    that a customer pays the correction fees through Paypal prior to emailing back to us the file to be corrected. If we receive a file to be corrected
    but no prior payment has been done for the service, we will not be doing the corrections. The file will simply be returned to the client uncorrected.
